What to Expect During Your Onboarding
We're excited to welcome you for your first 3 days/week in the office! On your first day, we usually start at 8 a.m., where you'll be greeted by Julia, our Office Manager. She’ll give you a tour of our space, show you to your workstation, and hand over your laptop and access credentials.
After that, you'll meet your dedicated Buddy, Tino Mutapati, and set up your computer for work. You'll have a 1-hour online health & safety training, followed by a 1.5-hour session with the People & Culture team, where we’ll introduce you to our culture and share key onboarding information.
We’ll also train you on our intranet and knowledge base, giving us a chance to get to know each other better. You’ll get to know the whole team, as well as your Leader, Filip Paplaczyk.
There will be plenty of opportunities to take a break and enjoy coffee, tea, and lunch with your buddy—all on us. You’ll also meet with your leader to discuss goals for the probation period and your collaboration going forward. By the end of your first week, you'll be familiar with your team, supervisor, and initial tasks. You'll wrap up the week with a feedback meeting hosted by the People & Culture team.
During your first month, you’ll get familiar with all your responsibilities and actively participate in team meetings. You’ll have regular 1:1 meetings with your Leader to guide your progress. As the month goes on, you’ll gradually take on more tasks, but don’t worry—you’ll still have the full support of your Leader, Buddy, and the entire People & Culture team.
By the end of the first month, we expect you to be independently searching for and identifying leads, crafting initial messages to potential customers, and scheduling introductory meetings. You’ll continue to be an active participant in team discussions.
After two months of successful cooperation, you will talk to your Leader about how you are working with us. We look forward to your feedback. After the whole onboarding, you will already be fully implemented in your responsibilities, and you will master all the names of our employees! :)

For B2B and contract of mandate (UZ), we offer 24 days of paid break from providing services per year, which averages to 2 days per month. So, if you join on June 1st, you’re entitled to 12 days until the end of the year. If you start in November, you’ll have 4 days, and if you begin in March, you’ll have 20 days, and so on.For an employment contract (UoP), it depends on the vacation days used with your previous employer and your total work experience, which also includes higher education.
Yes, regardless of the form of employment you choose, you’ll have access to all our benefits—nothing will be off-limits!
If you live more than 100 km away from Wrocław and work mainly remotely, you can receive up to 1400 PLN per month to support travel expenses for up to two visits to our office each month. This amount covers travel costs (fuel/train, etc.) as well as accommodation expenses during your stay in Wrocław.
Yes, the monthly rate is fixed regardless of the number of working days. We base it on an average of 168 working hours per month, even though some months may have more or fewer hours. Your monthly payment will remain the same each time.
Twice a year, we have 1:1 feedback meetings with your leader. During these sessions, we review your achievements, set goals for the next six months, and discuss development opportunities, training, career paths, promotions, and salary adjustments.
You will be informed about the extension of your contract at least 3 weeks before the end of your probation period. Your leader will reach out to you with the details.
The net amount on the B2B invoice is before taxes and VAT. It’s the amount you include on the invoice you issue to us each month, and you’re responsible for paying your own taxes and VAT if you’re a VAT payer.
No, unfortunately, you can’t access them immediately. Registration for benefits like Multisport and Medicover is open until the 20th of each month and will be effective from the first day of the following month.
